Our Mission

To bring together Twin Cities UC and collaboration leaders in a trusted, in-person forum to share real-world challenges, exchange practical insights, and stay ahead of an evolving workplace technology landscape—without vendor noise.

How It Started

The HUB was born out of a simple realization.

Following InfoComm 2023, a group of Twin Cities UC leaders connected at a VIP dinner hosted by Poly. What started as a casual gathering quickly turned into something more meaningful.

After the event, many of us spent hours in conversation—sharing what we’re building, what’s working, what isn’t, and how we’re navigating the real challenges of running UC at scale.

It became clear there was something missing. Not another conference. Not another vendor-led session. But a trusted, local forum where leaders could connect openly, exchange real-world insights, and learn from one another without the noise.

The HUB was created to fill that gap—and has been growing ever since.

The Solution

The solution was simple:
build something better.

Take advantage of the unique concentration of UC leadership across the Twin Cities and create a smaller, more focused forum—designed for real conversation, hands-on knowledge sharing, and meaningful in-person connection.

A group built not around presentations, but participation. Not around scale, but relevance.

That’s The HUB.

Trusted

A confidential space to speak openly and learn from peers.

Relevant

Focused on real challenges in real-world environments.

Impactful

Connections and insights that drive meaningful outcomes.

Core Components of The HUB

Experience

UC field visits and in-person sessions inside real enterprise environments.

Sharing

What’s working. What’s not. And what leaders are doing about it.

Innovation

Pushing each other to think differently and raise the bar.

Built for leaders who don’t just talk about UC—they run it.
The People Behind The HUB

Built by practitioners. Designed for real conversations.

Together, Kyle and Eric bring more than 35 years of enterprise collaboration, workplace technology, Microsoft Teams, AV, and leadership experience across Fortune 500 organizations.

We didn’t start The HUB to create another networking event. We started it because we wanted the kind of community we wished existed — a place where technology leaders could call someone they trust and ask, “Have you dealt with this before?”

Kyle believes the best technology leaders aren't the ones with all the answers—they're the ones who know how to bring the right people together. Through The HUB, his goal is simple: create the community he always wished existed, where enterprise collaboration leaders openly share ideas, solve problems together, and help one another succeed.

Why We Started The HUB

We spent years attending conferences where the best conversations happened between sessions—not on stage. We realized technology leaders didn't need another vendor presentation. They needed trusted peers.

Technology is complicated. None of us has every answer. The best solutions often come from someone who's already solved the same problem.

We didn't set out to build another user group.
We set out to build a community.

A Growing Leadership Community

Our most recent forum Recent forums have brought together nearly 100 enterprise collaboration leaders representing many of Minnesota's largest organizations.

The HUB continues to grow through trusted referrals and a shared commitment to meaningful, high-value discussion.
